Payment
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Secondskin accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort and Visa. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.
Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Secondskin uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 business days. If you order during the weekend or on public holidays, the item will be shipped the first business day.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - except the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
All items are delivered with GLS and PostNord.
Returns and cancellation rights
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is yours.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to info@secondskin.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also use our returns portal, which you can find [here].
It is up to Secondskin to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, it is considered used and thus of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. Warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to Secondskin within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. One month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Secondskin covers return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on delivery.
