  • My package has been shipped but has not arrived?
    You can follow your package via the Track&Trace link in the order confirmation email (check spam).

    It may take up to 48 hours for scans/updates to be visible on the carrier's website.

    If you have not received your package 48 hours after dispatch, we recommend that you contact us via email info@secondskin.dk

  • My package was damaged upon receipt. What do I do?
    For all types of damage, please contact our email - Info@secondskin.dk

    NOTE! If it is shipping damage, it is very important that we receive photographic documentation of the damage.
