Purchasing & Orders

  • How do I pay for my order?

    We accept Dankort, Visa/Dankort and Visa. All payments are made securely via an encrypted payment server, and we only deduct the amount when the order is shipped.

  • Are there transaction fees when making payments?

    No, SecondSkin does not impose any transaction fees on your purchase.

  • When will the money be withdrawn?

    The amount will only be deducted from your account once your order has been packed and shipped.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

    Contact us as soon as possible at info@secondskin.dk and we will try to help - but we cannot guarantee changes after ordering.

Delivery & Returns

  • How long is the delivery time?

    Normally 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). If delivery time is extended, you will be notified by email.

  • Which shipping companies do you use?

    We ship with GLS and PostNord to private addresses in Denmark (not the Faroe Islands or Greenland).

  • My package hasn't arrived - what do I do?

    Check the Track&Trace link in your email (also in spam). Contact us at info@secondskin.dk if the package has not arrived 48 hours after dispatch.

  • How long do I have the right to cancel?

    14 days from the date you receive the order. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be returned within 14 days thereafter.

Our Products

  • Are all your products vegan and cruelty-free?

    Yes, all of our products are certified vegan and not tested on animals – both for animal welfare and ethical beauty reasons.

  • Are your products safe for allergy sufferers?

    Our products are free of nuts, gluten and most allergens. We offer hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and gentle skincare, suitable for sensitive skin.

  • Are your products natural and organic?

    The vast majority of our range is certified natural and organic, produced with environmentally friendly ingredients and without harmful chemicals.

  • Do your products comply with legislation and standards?

    Yes – all products are registered in CPNP (EU) and comply with FDA regulations (USA). We are also ECOCERT and ISO certified.

  • Do your products contain perfume?

    Some products contain natural fragrances from aesthetic oils. The products are developed with a focus on gentleness and transparency.

Sustainability & Ethics

  • How do you work with sustainability?

    We use recyclable materials, natural ingredients and produce with respect for both people and the environment. Everything we do is based on responsibility.

  • Do you donate profits to charity?

    Yes. We donate a minimum of 20% of our annual profits to countries affected by war, hunger and poverty – especially Palestine, Yemen, Sudan, Congo and Iraq. The rest supports sustainable projects and Palestinian entrepreneurship.

  • Are you affiliated with any major causes or organizations?

    SecondSkin was founded by a Palestinian-Danish nurse, beautician and Global Goals Ambassador. We actively work with the UN's Global Goals and support biodiversity, combating hunger and poverty, and green development.

  • Why should I choose SecondSkin over other brands?

    With us, beauty, ethics and sustainability go hand in hand. We were created as a responsible alternative to mainstream products, and we want to be part of something bigger – together with you.
