1. Contact us before returning

Before you send anything back, you must contact us at info@secondskin.dk. From here we will guide you through the return process and send you a return label that you will need to send the item back.

2. Agreed return

Only items that have been agreed with us in advance can be returned. We do not accept items without prior agreement.

3. Unopened products

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of products that are unopened and in original packaging.

4. Return at your own risk

Make sure to ship the item safely so that it reaches us in good condition.
