My package has been shipped but has not arrived.
You can track your package via the Track & Trace link in the order confirmation sent to your email (please check your spam folder).
It may take up to 48 hours for scans/updates to become visible on the carrier's website.
If you have not received your package 48 hours after sending, we recommend that you contact us at info@secondskin.dk.
My package was damaged upon receipt – what do I do?

NOTE: In the event of shipping damage, it is very important that you send us photographic documentation of the damage.
